Citrus Sanitiser is a ready-to-use, natural, non-toxic, organic, and biodegradable biocidal sanitiser. Evaluated under the FSANZ Code, this food-safe, non-rinse formula is highly effective against E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and Aspergillus niger (black mould). Ideal for all food processing surfaces and produce. Surface Sanitising: Spray undiluted directly onto pre-cleaned surfaces. For maximum biocidal efficacy (Log-5 reduction), allow 5–10 minutes contact time. As a non-rinse formulation, surfaces may be left to air-dry naturally. Produce Rinse: Mix 500mL per 10L of water. Submerge produce for a 10-minute contact time. Drain thoroughly; no rinsing required.
